As the owner and executive chef at NEIGHBORS, Daniel Drmacich-Flach has been feeding Williamstown and the greater Northern Berkshire county region for the last 7+ years, with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. With humble beginnings launching Bon Tricycle, a mobile Banh Mi kiosk, to staging at Rintaro in San Fransisco, being an early integral team member of CRISP Catering & Events, and training in the court of master sommeliers, Dan has built a reputation for standout flavor and custom-tailored offerings for a variety of tastes and budgets. With a mission of creating inventive, global-inspired menus at all scales that use the freshest and most local ingredients possible, Dan and the NEIGHBORS team have worked with a range of clients and locations from wedding venues, cultural institutions, farms and outdoor spaces, and private homes, building custom events for clients, be it a dinner for two, an intimate gathering, a large wedding, or a corporate luncheon.
